Dispatch
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking number, estimated delivery date, and courier details.

Your order will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout. No signature is required for standard delivery.
Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
What Happens If Delivery Fails?
If the courier cannot deliver your order, they will:
Leave a Delivery Notice
The courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery, collect from a nearby depot, or contact the courier directly.
Make Additional Attempts
Most couriers will attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning the parcel to sender.
Hold at Depot
If delivery fails, the parcel will be held at the nearest courier depot for 7-10 days for collection.
Return to Sender
If the parcel isn't collected within the holding period, it will be returned to us.
Returned Orders
If your order is returned due to incorrect address, no one available, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs if you want us to send it again.
How to Avoid Failed Delivery
- Provide accurate, complete address details
- Include a working mobile number
- Notify reception/security if delivering to a business/estate
- Track your order and be available on delivery day
Damaged or Lost Parcels
Parcel Damaged in Transit
NFC cards and NFC phone tags are durable, but damage can occasionally occur during shipping.
If Your Parcel Arrives Damaged:

Inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives, while the courier is present if possible.

Take clear photos showing damaged outer packaging, damaged product, and shipping label visible in photos.

We'll Arrange a Replacement
We’ll send a replacement at no cost. You may need to return the damaged item. Replacement ships within 2-3 business days.
Our Guarantee
We pack all orders carefully using secure packaging. If your product arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:
Steps to Take
- Step 1: Check with neighbours or reception — couriers sometimes deliver to these locations
- Step 2: Wait 24 hours — tracking can update before actual delivery
- Step 3: Contact the courier using your tracking number to open an investigation
- Step 4: Contact us after 48 hours if still missing — we’ll file a claim with the courier
If Parcel Is Confirmed Lost
- We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you, OR
- Issue a full refund
